Minutes of the December 13, 2007 Meeting
Board of Trustees of the Beacon Meadows Special Dependent Tax District

Trustees Present: Carol Coon (President), Penny Phillips (Recording Secretary), Chris Eddy (Trustee)
Trustees Absent: Barbara Appel (Vice President), Caroleen Tillery (Treasurer), Judy Pack (Trustee), Cheryl Bonk (Corresponding Secretary)
The meeting was called to order by Carol at 7:00 p.m.
Secretary's Report – The minutes of the October 2007 meeting could not be approved due to lack of a quorum.
Treasurer's Report – No report was provided due to Caroleen’s absence.
Old Business
Repair and Painting of Walls – Chris reported that he received estimates from two contractors for repair and painting of the Casey Rd. and Jackson Rd. walls: D & S Painting and Image Works. Both use Sherwin Williams paint. Chris distributed copies of the estimates to Carol and Penny for review before the January board meeting.
New Business
Holiday Decorations at Entrances – Carol, Barbara, Judy, and Penny decorated the Beacon Meadows entrances on December 1st. Carol Hall, a Beacon Meadows resident, made eight wreaths for the entrances, charging only for materials. Trustees expressed their thanks to Carol for a job well done. It was agreed that the decorations should be taken down on January 5th, starting at 9:30 a.m.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned by Carol at 7:20 p.m.
